These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of supacar (the "Service"), a web application operated by IDEC APPS S.L., a company registered in Spain with CIF B02687416, registered address at Las Morerillas 5, 41701 Sevilla, España ("IDEC APPS", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a dealership or other business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business as well as the individual user.
supacar lets car dealerships and other automotive businesses turn photos of their vehicles into studio-quality marketing images using artificial intelligence. Depending on your plan, the Service can replace or clean up backgrounds, blur or remove license plates, retouch and upscale images, generate additional angles, and apply the same edit across a batch of photos, so listings look consistent across every portal and channel you publish to. Features, available tools, and output quality may change over time as we improve the Service.
You need an account to use the Service. Personal accounts belong to an individual; team accounts are shared workspaces whose members draw from a common pool of credits. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
Access to the Service is metered in credits: each generated image, and certain additional edits (such as background or license-plate changes), consumes one or more credits according to the pricing published on the site. Credits included in a subscription are tied to that billing period and do not carry over once it renews unless we state otherwise; additional credits may be purchased separately. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices shown exclude VAT; invoices are available for businesses on request.
You may only upload images you own or are authorised to use, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and vehicle-listing regulations. You agree not to: upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; upload images of people without their consent; use generated images to misrepresent a vehicle's condition, features, mileage or history; attempt to circumvent credit metering or rate limits; scrape, reverse-engineer or resell access to the Service; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where reasonably possible.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload — uploading them does not transfer ownership to us. You grant IDEC APPS a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide the Service (including sending them to the processing subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy). Once generated, the resulting images are licensed to you for use in your business — listings, portals, advertising and marketing — for as long as your account remains active and in good standing; we do not claim ownership over the images the Service generates for you. The supacar name, logo, interface and underlying technology remain the property of IDEC APPS S.L. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis as described at checkout. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@idecapps.com.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated images are an approximation of the requested edit and results may vary; you are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing them and for ensuring they accurately represent the vehicle offered for sale. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEC APPS's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time; you can close your account from your settings. On termination, your data is retained and deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Sevilla, España, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
